Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and payment for Nellore Food House.
1. Orders (Dine-in / Takeaway / Phone)
Orders placed directly with us (phone or in-person) are subject to availability. Payment is typically collected at the time of order or delivery. If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may depend on whether preparation has started.
2. Orders via Swiggy / Zomato
For orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato, payment and refunds are handled by those platforms. Please refer to their respective refund and cancellation policies. We fulfil orders as per their terms; any refund request must be raised through the platform you used to order.
3. Table Reservations
Reservations can be cancelled or modified by contacting us in advance. We do not charge for reservation cancellations. If you do not show up without prior notice, we may not be able to hold the table for future reservations.
4. Catering & Bulk Orders
For catering or bulk orders, specific terms (advance payment, cancellation window, refund eligibility) will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation may incur charges if we have already committed ingredients or preparation.
5. Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of food or service, please contact us promptly with your order details. We will look into the matter and may offer a replacement, discount on next order, or refund where appropriate.
